1. The creditor, a commercial company (in the process of legal protection), a natural person (the person's insolvency proceedings), the debtor's representative (legal person insolvency proceedings) or a third person whose lawful rights are infringed upon, the complaint shall be submitted within three months from the date when an action, which encroaches upon the creditor, natural persons, the debtor's representative or the rights of third parties. If the legal protection process or insolvency proceedings are terminated, the complaint may be submitted not later than within one year from the date of termination of the proceedings (proceedings initiated on 2010 October 31 after).
2. The creditor, a natural person (the person's insolvency proceedings), the debtor's representative (legal person insolvency proceedings) or a third person whose lawful rights are infringed upon, the complaint shall be submitted within three months from the date when an action, which encroaches upon the creditor, natural persons, the debtor's representative or the rights of third parties, but not later than within one year from the date on which the complaint (processes launched during the period from 2008 January 1 January to 2010 of 31 October).
3. After a debtor has been declared insolvent, the creditors meeting, the committee of creditors, creditor, debtor's representative or a third person whose rights or lawful interests infringed upon, within one month from the day when an action that affected creditors meeting, the committee of creditors, creditor, debtor's representative or the rights of third parties, but not later than within three months from the moment of the creation of the fact referred to in the complaint may appeal to the actions of the administrator (insolvency proceedings initiated prior to January 1, 2008).
